Amazing Desert Retreat w/Saltwater Pool!

Beautiful open concept 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Every room has ceiling fans. Bedrooms have door locks. There is a dedicated work space in one of the guest bedrooms along with an HP printer, also a sofa table with barstools in the front room that doubles as a work space.

**Please Note:
The Pool has NO heater and winter months while it is sunny & warm the pool temps will drop drastically and that my friend is BRRR, think polar plunge, Nov-March.
***Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the Garage and 1 Owners Closet in 2nd Bedroom.

Guest will have the entire home to themselves with the exception of the garage which remains locked and inaccessible as well as & 1 owners closet.

We live out of state but are available 24/7 via phone, text or email. We do have a Property Managers who live nearby should anything urgent arise.

The home is in a great family neighborhood, with sidewalks and parks are all within walking distance. People get outdoors and ride their bikes and walk the dogs. Starbucks is a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive. That 3 minute drive will also get you to the grocery store, dry cleaner, drug store and even Urgent care is just around the corner should one of your loved ones take ill. Close to golfing, spring training, movies, the outlet mall, casino's, and every kind of dining imaginable.
