A relaxed Mesa retreat built for real downtime—and real fun. The main level flows from a comfy living room (smart TV + board games) to a bright, fully stocked eat-in kitchen. Upstairs, bedrooms are quiet and cozy; downstairs, a dedicated work nook keeps laptops off the kitchen table.

Outdoor living:
This yard is the star. Stretch out on the lawn, splash in the unheated pool (best April–October), and kick back on the patio while the smoker works its magic. Fenced yard sections keep playtime simple.

Work & play:
Fast Wi-Fi, multiple smart TVs (BYO app logins), a stack of board & card games for family nights, and a proper work area when duty calls.

Parking & access:
Driveway and garage parking (street parking as allowed). Simple self check-in via keypad.

Pets:
Pets allowed. Please keep them off furniture and clean up the yard—easy win for everyone.

House rules:
No parties or events
Be respectful of neighbors (cul-de-sac = sound carries)
No smoking or vaping inside
Follow posted pool safety rules; children must be supervised at all times

Notes:
Pool is unheated. It’s open year-round and most comfortable for swimming roughly April–October (weather dependent).

Two-story home = stairs. If anyone in your group has mobility concerns, plan accordingly.
